CAncellation &
no-show policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 fee.

  • At this time, there are no additional penalties for repeat cancellations or no-shows, but consistent occurrences may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

deposit policy

For Color Corrections and Hair Extension services, a deposit is required to secure your appointment:

  • $100 deposit is required for both services.

  • For extensions, the $100 deposit is in addition to the cost of the hair being ordered.

  • All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your final service balance.

  • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will remain valid for your new appointment date.

color correction policy

Color correction services require a thorough consultation before beginning any work.

  • Consultations can take place the same day as your scheduled appointment.

  • Please note: Color correction results may require multiple sessions. Perfect results cannot be guaranteed in a single appointment.

  • All realistic expectations and assessments will be fully discussed during the consultation to ensure transparency and your satisfaction.

taking on another salon’s services

Clients are welcome to receive services at Bionda even if they have had work done at other salons. However, please note:

  • A Liability Waiver must be signed before services begin.

  • Bionda/Nicholas is not responsible for issues caused by work done at another salon.

  • Example: If extensions are done at Bionda, but color is done elsewhere and causes discomfort, Bionda is not liable.

  • A consultation is required before accepting clients for corrections or extensions after outside work.

Late arrival policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, bionda reserves the right to:

  • Shorten the service provided to fit within the remaining time available, or

  • Reschedule your appointment to a later date, depending on availability.

  • Repeated Late Arrivals will be reviewed for consideration

Refund & Adjustment Policy

  • No refunds are offered for completed services.

  • If you have concerns about your service, adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Nicholas if brought to attention within 7 days of your original appointment.

payment Policy

when booking your appointment:

  • Your credit card is required to be on file in order to book an appointment.

  • You are not charged during booking or for booking an appointment.

  • This is to ensure valid bookings and eliminate falsified credentials.

day of your appointment:

  • Bionda accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards.

  • All services must be paid in full on the day of your appointment — no exceptions.

  • You may decide to use the card you’ve ensured on file or choose an alternate payment method.
